Premium Natural Beef’s program is so unique because both the cattle and feed are traceable. We purchase cattle and feed directly from ranches where we have strong personal relationships. Our ability to track every animal and their feed from start to finish makes Premium Natural Beef the most secure closed-loop system in the United States.

Here is a list of our guarantees:

• All cattle in the Premium Natural Beef program are Angus cattle with an entirely black hide.
• All cattle entering our program have affidavits verifying they have never received hormones or antibiotics at any point in their lives.
• Cattle are purchased from ranches in Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado where Premium Natural Beef has personal relationships.
• Cattle are fed an entirely vegetarian diet at all times. This consists primarily of the highest quality grasses, corn, and barley.
• Feed comes from our network of farms so that we can verify the origin of all Premium Natural Beef feed.
• No cattle in our program are ever given hormone injections under any circumstances.
• No cattle in our program are ever given antibiotics. If a calf gets sick, it is treated and removed from the Premium Natural Beef program.
• Finishing is done in our network of feedlots where Premium Natural Beef verifies that every steer and heifer is between fourteen and twenty-one months of age at the time of harvest.
• Harvesting takes place at Creekstone Farms in Arkansas City, Kansas. Cattle are placed in a climate controlled area with room to lie down for two to ten hours. This allows the cattle to relax and greatly contributes to the tenderness of the meat.
• Our cattle are processed separately from non-natural cattle. A USDA inspector verifies that cattle fit protocol for natural Angus beef and are under twenty-one months of age.
• All cattle are treated in a humane manner from birth through harvest.
